Our services

We handle all types of claims , desktop as well as major and complex losses.
When handling a large and complex claim we organize a claims project group led by an impartial and highly experienced loss adjuster who leads and coordinates the loss focusing on minimizing the loss and costs with a special focus on minimizing the negative impact the claim has on the Insured´s operations and results.

We utilize traditional risk management tools when adressing the business interruption impact, working closely and actively together with the Insured´s operative and financial teams. We safeguard that all information is captured – whilst it is ”there” – in order to be successful in a recovery action.

We emphasize on recoveries and do litigation in house when necessary.

Our organisation

Our central administration is based in Hässleholm from where we manage all claims as well as our partners in Helsinki, Oslo och Copenhagen.

Our network based organisation in the Nordics – engaging the most experienced local impartial loss adjusters in the region with a comprehensive geographical reach out and coverage give our clients and principals all service required and expected in every single claim we handle.

Our services are quality ascertained in so far that our loss adjusters and consultants are members of SFOS – the Swedish association of independent loss adjusters. The majority are also qualified FUEDI ELAE – European loss adjusting experts.
